Horrible. Apt time was for 11am. Arrived 15 minutes early had to wait and its 11:45am and I'm still waiting. What is the purpose of making an apt if you have to wait so long. Horrible

Completely agree....this is why private institutions should run DMV.....did you try AAA if you are a member you can do most things there.....i just transferred plates...took 15 minutes...no appointment....
