Yes. I went there last Tuesday at 6 AM. But at 8, they told me that for renewing the license the governor extended the license till they can organize DMV better. The we can drive with an expired license. Only they renew for certain people like ambulance driver, or taking the test, and a few more.
The best way is to get there two hours early if you don't the line is wrapped around the building that's what I did
