Kayla shut the doors on me before 6pm. I was sent over from another FedEx and she said I couldn’t come in, they are closing early because of short staff.

My package was supposed to be delivered from Rancho Cucamonga to Los Angeles (it's an hour away) and it was supposed to take a day!!!! But a week has already passed, my package is gone, the package is somewhere in Kansas!

The lady was very condescending and snarky. I asked for help and she was clearly annoyed that I did. It was a large printing machine that I had never used before. She showed me how to use it but was super mean and acted like I was so dumb. The copies came out super light and I even asked her before, shouldn’t we print out 1 to see how it comes out? I don’t plan on going back. Seriously, if you don’t like your job, get a new one. No one deserves to be treated like that.

Hats off to Justin for going ABOVE & BEYOND! My order is placed through an internal company system and he as able to quickly assess it was submitted to the wrong location. Called me directly (as I was on the line with FedEx Support) and went above & beyond forwarding the file to the correct location in another state. WOW! Impressive. Go Team FedEx Rancho Cucamonga!
