My wife was told to show up early to her 930AM appointment in the maternity department, and has been waiting over 2 hours now to see the doctor. This is ridiculous, and totally disregarding of anyone else's time. COVID or not, handle your s*&^ Kaiser

Easy check in, clean and friendly staff. I have one amazing dr, Khoabekyan Marine,, she is the most sweetest lady , always listens to my concerns and gives max amount of her quality time. I had an appointment today with her, I am so fortunate to have her as my primary dr. Thank you Doc. And also I wanted to mention Amanda, nurse to help me with my vitals and check in.

Kelly Keiko Martin Leung, DO has been extremely neglectful of my symptoms and dismissive of my concerns. She prescribes me medicine for chronic illnesses but refuses to do tests to make sure she is prescribing me the right thing. Over 9 months I have experienced sever gastrointestinal issues with no relief which I have corresponded with her on numerous occasion. Instead of giving me an intestinal ultrasound, or maybe even and endoscopy, she gives me medicine that doesn’t help. I had an non-COVID sore throat for over a month which I let her know about, she does nothing. I had to order my own throat culture test to see what’s going one. As my primary care physician, I have not felt seen, taken care of and I fear others under her care are experiencing the same thing. I WILL report her to the Medical Board.

I have been a Kaiser member for many, many years. I have been mostly pleased. However, recently I had a very unsatisfactory experience. I had to wait a few weeks to get an appointment. When I finally did, Kaiser called to cancel. I attempted to reschedule but there were no appointments available. I was then scheduled for a telephone appointment. The doctor was supposed to call at 8:10. I waited and waited and never received a call until I call to complain. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. Maybe they should not try to get more members if they cannot service adequately the ones they have!

Contact the front office for more information about Holiday hours.
No, there is no urgent care in clinics, except for Pasadena medical center. They are only in Kaiser hospitals. In this area there is Ontario hospital or Fontana hospital
I only know that they do from experience in the ER, but I assume it is operational for non emergency situations. Call and ask.
Call Member Services I believe it is a 800 number. Good luck
No. You can order your test on kp.org and it will give you information in regards to which facilities offer the test. Time frame on results usually depends on demand for the exam. Currently it's about 24 hours.
Depends. You likely will need to schedule a telephone or in office visit to discuss the reason. You can try sending your primary care a message via email or phone but they may need more history to issue you a note.
I was there at 7:30 am this morning and it was closed. Maybe they were running late today. Thank you.
As soon as they open ...
No yet
No it is not. The whole clinic is closed on Sunday. Saturday they are open until noon.
It is open Saturday morning from 9 to noon
If you need urgent or emergency care, go to Ontario or Fontana. The Rancho Cucamonga medical offices are only open for regular appointments during business hours.
Kpcareers.org
Saturday they close at 1pm, some holidays they are closed also. But if you need urgent medical care you can always go to Ontario or Fontana or call 911

Yes.
7pm I believe
Please go to the Rancho Clinic and ask the main Service Reps in the front and ask them. I think the site manager can help or guide you. Good luck.
Yes, but most wounds nowadays are closed using a type of medical glue. It's far better than stitches and even used to close surgical incisions.
