Dorothy you can go there and ask one of the customer service reps where the nearest membership srvices is at. I know that fontana and Ontario have one. Better yet gonto kp.org and request it there
You would do best to call Kaiser member services. This is not a way to reach employees of a place, only other people who visit that place.
