I found a kitty in the street 2 days ago just wondering around and it's eyes have some type of eye bugers I had cleaned them but today this morning one of it's eyes it's completely white idk what to do I don't know what to do

If you're going to keep the kitten take it to a vet. If you're not, take it to Front street. Sounds like to me the kitten has Infected eyes.
