No they're not taking walk-in appointments at all you got to call make an appointment if you find a lost pet they will come out and pick them up or you can drop the pet off and meet the lady outside but no you cannot go inside at all unless you have an appointment they're really strict on that right now. If your pet got lost and they have your pet they will contact you and bring your pet to you or you can go and meet the lady that's working there outside that's basically all I know I found a straight dog I wanted to keep them but my landlord said no so a lady came out and picked him up for me I hope I answered your question if not please contact me again thank you
