If you are trying to have a animal as a service animal, all you need to do is go to your doctor/ psychiatrist/psychologist and let them know that you require a service animal they can give you paperwork that you can show to your apartments/where you live to avoid having to pay fees for the service animal and be able to keep your animal also. ;-) :-)
