Yes, you can. As long as you have proof of international travel coming within the next 1-3 days (or so). We got my daughter’s same day Friday. Came in 8:30, got out at 9:00, came back 1:00 pm for pickup.
I doubt it. I just got mine in February and I was told the fastest was the next day.
