Tell me about the "bath house" ?

Yes the bath house does have showers. But is only available during the season.

If you're going for a colloquialism, not at CMSP. If you are referring to the shower facilities, seasonal (closed for winter) showers and laundry, both coin operated with change machine on site. At least one restroom open in the campgrounds year-round along with the visitor center and main trailhead. Vaulted at the archery range.
