Is the lobby open at all on Sundays to check my P.O. BOX?

From what I can recall it is open until 2:30pm on Sunday. I used to be able to go to my P.O. Box 24/7 anytime to check to see if I had Mail.

It closes EXACTLY at 8pm last I checked. It use to be open 24hrs but the homeless would sleep inside under the tables and scare people. That lobby was heated so I can see why they went in there to sleep.
