Avoid this place unless you have a good chunk of time to waste sitting in your car. My husband and I booked an appointment for rapid testing for travel. He was on a Monday at 4:30pm PCR and mine was on Wednesday 5pm NAAT different location. Arrived at 3pm because we wanted to get it out of the way. Website says walk-ins welcome. You can’t cancel or reschedule your appointments online so we figured since they say you can just drop-in if you’ve pre-booked for another day, lets just both get it done. Arrived, long line of cars twisting through the parking lot. 1 line. Appointments nit honored. I can’t imagine what would happen if we arrived at 4:30pm as “scheduled” when they close at 5. We were waiting for 1 hour before we approached an employee. NAAT machine broken yet they still allow you to book NAAT test online for this location for that same day. Walk-ins not welcome even though online it says they are. We were handed a customer service number which is all automated and you can’t reach a physical person. SO many people were in line waiting for walk-ins only to then 1 hr later be turned away. We spent a total of 2hrs 10min waiting in line for my husband’s “appointment” PCR test. And I’m disputing my appointment charge due to false information. Avoid this place at all costs.

Had an 11:30 appointment for my daughter, arrived at 11:15 and was finally tested at 3:30pm (4 hours). This has been going on too long for it to be so mismanaged. They took the sample improperly and we received an "indeterminate" test and we have to get another test. The first time that I went for myself, I had made an appointment for the $99 quick test, canceled right away and rescheduled. They charged me both and it took me a couple months to get refunded. They were nice about it though, but why are they charging for canceled appointments and when no sample was ever submitted in the first place?

Massively understaffed location operating out of a container in a car park. Had an appointment at 9:30 am but had to wait in queue for around 3.5 hrs ! Just one person doing the testing with another person checking people in. The staff seem to be overworked but doing their best. This company should focus on properly staffing all locations based on demand. We wouldn't have waited if it wasn't for a travel requirement.

Last Monday I went in for two rapid PCR tests at the Hayward Clinic. This was for a job I was supposed to work Wednesday and Thursday. The $600 was paid by my employer. One result came back as negative, the other as positive. Elevated Health gave me a free test to get the next day. When I got there and explained the situation, the manager went inside the trailer to investigate. She came back and told me both of my tests from Monday were FOR SURE positive but someone else had my same last name and their negative test result was sent to me accidentally by a new hire nurse. THEN when I gave them the order number for the 3rd complimentary test, they said that number had already been used by someone else so they couldn’t give me a test. I pointed out that it also showed the current date and time so that was impossible. Even before this , the male employee assisting the manager first accused me of having gotten the tests done in Southern California. This was only because I showed them the positive and negative test results sent via text, and there was a text below these talking about a clinical trial going on in SoCal cities. I then showed them the emailed results with order numbers and location. Anyway, they finally gave me the 3rd test which came back negative. Tuesday evening I got a call from the regional manager saying ALL of my full tests were actually negative. He said one of the tests were invalid and a new hire thought that meant it was positive, and entered it that way. This is a totally different story of what the Hayward Manager said about me having TWO positive tests and there being a mix up due to someone else with my same last name. BUT, By the time I got results I had already contacted everyone I had been in contact with the last few days to tell them I was positive. I lost this job that was paying $1424 because I’d already sent the positive results. I’d also contacted my family who was extremely scared because my brother was recently hospitalized in critical care for Covid. And of course I was stressed, scared, anxious as well. After several calls and emails someone told me they could refund the costs of the tests to my employers but couldn’t compensate for my lost wages. Really?! I’m considered to be in poverty level, but you guys have multiple sites all over CA charging $100-$300/test but you can’t pay $1400 for a MAJOR mess up that really deserves a lawsuit?

Was only one line when I went. Just made a U, in and out in like 5 minutes
Yes, as long as you wrote down your order number that's all they asked for
I got tested for free. My insurance paid for it.
