Not unless it's a rugged wheelchair with thicker wheels
It's definitly not the most difficult trail, however I'm not sure how easy navigating it with a wheelchair will be. There's a fair number of roots littering the path as well as some steep inclines.

I agree. Not wheelchair friendly. There are roots and some wet areas as well from the run off coming down the mountain
It is not that hard of a trail but I do not think a wheel chair would be easy to navigate those trails ...
