As instructed by these questions I went on the FB page to ask about a delivery that was never made...my ring alarm showed no activity yet theybsaid it was delivered....who do I approach?

My package is sitting in the Latham facility and not being sent out on the truck. I was supposed to receive it on Tuesday. I can’t get to any customs service rep to find out what is going on and why it is not going out for delivery.

I was told this facility is open 930am-6pm by the computer when I asked to have my package held there for pick up. It didn’t appear any further delivery attempts were going to be made to my home. Now I find out you close at noon. That’s garbage
