My mother bought a washer dryer and it was suppose to be delivered last Wednesday. She went to the store to confirm delivery because no one answered the phone. Wednesday no call no show. Again I went to store and after Liz was especially nice to me and offered a discount we rescheduled for Saturday. Which meant on the nicest day of the week I couldn't go to race track.. Friday night mom was called and told they were coming Saturday between 11 to 3. They called at 9am to say they were coming at 10am.Mom said it has to be 11 because my daughter is coming from an hour away.At 9:50 they arrived but she was in shower and of course I was driving there. I again physically went to Lowes to have Ben call the delivery men to ask them to come back. If I had known they were coming early I would have been there. They never came back . Thanks guys I appreciate your lack of consideration. So we love the staff at Lowes but you can't get the appliances you bought delivered

This is not the same Lowe's from a few months ago. Corporate Lowe's came in and fired or relocated many of the managers, supervisors, and workers.....for no reason. All were great and really helped customers. The Home Depot down the road is much better: better product, better prices, and workers seem happy to be there.

I'm a contractor, this place robbed me. I paid for an order over the phone and Raffi at the pro desk took my card information and purchased $1,000 worth of stocks for himself. Upon showing up and speaking with a manager the entire pro desk has Been fired!! Do not shop here this place will rob you blind!

Guess ordering online is useless. Call to confirm inventory for anything ordered online. Was I called as soon as someone realized that the $700 in material wasn't in stock? Nope. Did they tell me at the Pro counter? Nope sent me to Cust Service. Did they tell me there? No. They got on the intercom and called what I guess was a manager to come down and tell me. While I was waiting for 10 mins for said manager, was I told what the issue or wait was for? Nope, just ignored. I could have called over myself and been on my way to the other location. Basically everyone in the store knew they didn't have my order well before I arrived and did nothing but waste even more of my time when I got there. Risked my project getting done as well. So they found them at another store for me and had them ready to pick up when I got there? Nope. Picked them ourselves. Did they offer to have them delivered ASAP for the trouble? Nope. Did they have the rest of the items on our order? Manager at Nisky said they did before I left. They didn't. Literally everything a supply store should do wasn't done here. Not to mention I now have 3 different receipts and credit card charges I now have to reconcile to make sure they were done correctly. TLDR - do not trust online inventory or orders. Call and make an employee go and place a hand on what you need or just go somewhere else.

We were there this afternoon and they did seem a bit short staffed. The folks that were there were very helpful (one was a bit of a putz and directed me from his chair when I needed to find something. Another guy was very helpful multiple times and walked me where I needed to go.
