Never in my life have I been to an urgent care that doesn’t tend to children. I was told my baby was too young to be checked & treated for a simple ear infection.

This place is a joke!! Arrival with a 6 inch laceration. Asked at the front, if this office could handle this situation, was told oh yes. rude, unprofessional front desk lady, clearly incompetent ! 4 hrs the moribly obese doctor, with the snoring breathing, was so unsure of himself sent me away with nothing more then gause covering this deep wound. Only for me to have to to my own doc who was mortified with the lack of care. Now it's a 6 week healing process ..will be filing a report!!! When a so called doctor can barely move or breathe himself, lacking knowledge and failing to treat properly, get rid of him. And that rude thing in the front should get a attitude adjustment, and my guess is one of the patients are gonna give her one someday!!! She deserves it!!! Dont go here!!!

Mismanagement/ Negligent care by the health team members at Urgent care. The doctor started me on an Antibiotic which is generally prescribed for my ailment and urine test was done to confirm the efficacy of that antibiotic. The team members were supposed to get back to me in case if the antibiotic had to be changed. Unfortunately no one got back to me and I kept suffering with pain and discomfort for 6 days until I had to go back to be seen by the doctor. I am utterly disappointed by the neglect that was given to me as a patient. Only I am aware how I spent those sleepless, crying and painful nights. I want to give a score of Zero.

Three stars for having to wait such a long time to be seen. Five stars for the kind and compassionate physician I finally got to see. I wish he was my GP. I think they are overwhelmed by Covid cases, and I had another health concern that the doctor was very helpful and reassuring to me about my situation. In times of Covid, I’m grateful just to be seen as a walk-in, even though it required almost two hours to wait with about 20 other folks in a corridor.

COVID testing is free to the patient if performed to rule out COVID. There are limited instances when your insurance may assess a copay. However, if you have an office visit associated with the COVID test, for example at our Urgent Care Center or at a primary care office, your normal copay for that visit may apply, depending on your insurance policy, even though the COVID test is free. If you are getting tested for COVID at CCP’s testing centers, there is no charge for the covid test at the testing center or “visit” to the testing center.
