When I walked in to the store with my daughter I really just wanted to walk around and look at sofa's. A gentleman did come up to me and ask if I needed help. I told hime I was just looking. I found a sofa on sale I loved. When I looked around for someone to talk, he was easy to find and very helpful.

My wife and I were incredibly pleased with our consultant Tim Cotten. He was very pleasant and helpful. We not only purchased a new reclining sofa which we were looking for but also an accent chair. Also, we took advantage of the 1-year interest free financing. Beautiful furniture showroom. The staff showed us options based on the criteria we gave her. She was calm and easy to work with. Even though I didn't find exactly what I was looking for I did find other pieces I loved for other rooms of my home. I think I'll go back for those once I find the chair I'm looking for.

Yes they take your old mattress and box spring. The guys even took my old frame apart. Great service
Rugs can be shipped anywhere in the continental USA free of charge. They're shipped UPS directly from the manufacturer. Deliveries are typically received within three weeks, but some could take up to six weeks.
Home decor items, which include table lamps, wall art and decor, florals, throw pillows, and all product labeled online only can be shipped anywhere in the continental USA free of charge. They're generally shipped FedEx within two business days and should arrive within 5-10 days.
