I have been going to Dr. Samantha Ludwig since 2009 and she is very professional, pleasant and thorough. She is very generous with her time and answers all of my questions. The nurses and office staff are likewise very professional and helpful.

Yep again couldnt get anyone. On forever hold. Now i get a certified letter stating i cant go there anymore because of missed appointments. They really need to get their act together.

My husband went for a cut in his lip that needed 2 stitches. He was told "We don't do nothin for the face" and they sent him on his way. He asked for a place that does work on faves and they told him to Google it.

Horrible office. Dr Shelly Justa doesn’t take any patient concerns seriously. She is rude and condescending and you end up waiting 45 minutes for her to spend 5 minutes with you. Last time I saw her she literally left the room abruptly after asking me 3 questions and I was left to find my own way out. On top of that they send invoices without full information so that you can’t pay online. You can pay by phone if your free between 8-4 with a lunch break 12-1 even though it’s 110 and I’m getting a message that they’re still on lunch. So the only payment option is to mail by check which is a horrible inconvenience. I was going to just switch doctors however now I think I’ll switch practices I general

Where can I get non-symptomatic Covid testing in Schenectady

CCP does have a COVID testing site in Niskayuna (at 2125 River Road). However, you need to be a CCP patient, have an order from your CCP practitioner for testing, and you need to have an appointment. If you are a CCP patient, contact your CCP doctor's office first. This is the first step. They will help guide you to the best place to be tested and when to be tested based on your scenario ( 3-5 days after symptom onset if ill; or 5-7 days after an exposure if no symptoms). We’ve been inundated with requests for testing due to travel only. We need to prioritize testing for our symptomatic and COVID exposed patients. Therefore, if a patient requires COVID testing solely for travel purposes to comply with the NYS travel advisory, we ask that they go elsewhere for testing and instead utilize external, non-CCP testing sites, including the NYS Testing Site at SUNY Albany. If you aren’t a patient and need COVID testing, you could use our Latham Urgent Care Center on a walk-in basis. However, this is not a “testing site.” Asymptomatic people who visit CCP’s Urgent Care Center in Latham (711 Troy-Schenectady Road) solely for COVID testing may be asked to go elsewhere. This location also doesn’t do testing solely for travel. Sick patients can still walk-in for care, but first need to have an encounter (copayment/coinsurance applies), and then can be tested onsite at Urgent Care if clinically warranted. Again, you can also use the state testing sites if you aren’t a patient and just want to be tested without having an “encounter” at urgent care. Here is the website for more information on that: https://coronavirus.health.ny.gov/covid-19-testing#mobile-testing You can see a full list of our locations at CCP and more information on testing here: https://communitycare.com/News/News-Article?URLName=COVID-19-PCR-Test-and-IgG-Antibody-Test-for-CCP-Patients

Not with the private practice. They do run an Urgent Care Clinic at this address, open after 5 pm during the week and on weekends. I've had both good and bad experiences there.
