My daughter wasn’t feeling well and even though we didn’t have an appointment we did not have to wait too long before we were seen. Everyone there was so friendly and it was our first time but we felt at home. My daughter loves her baby shark toy that was given to her by one of the staff members. My daughter feels so much better 100% would recommend

This was the best experience ever! I had a sudden onset UTI and was able to get an appointment within the hour. I had my prescription within an hour! After a day of meds & rest I’m back to normal. The care was excellent. I’m 70 with a few medical issues but they got all my info quickly & efficiently.

Great experience. Went in for tooth or ear pain could not distinguish which it was. Ended up being educated on something I never even thought of. The desk was nice, the nurse and the PA were all very nice and personable, I never felt rushed. Also, everybody was very thorough. I did not feel like anything was missed at all. My best experience at an urgent care to date. Thank you all!

The receptionist/triage staff member was extremely unpleasant and unfriendly. I was standing at the front desk for 5 mins and she completely ignored me. I also tried to grab her attention by saying “hello,” and she ignored me the first time and the second time looked up at me annoyed, when I was the one who was on time for my appointment and they were delayed. Overall, the facility is clean and the medical staff was nice, but the only reason I wouldn’t recommend this is because of the unfriendly and rude receptionist.
