FL is once a year for the card $75 and every 7month for doc app $170 if you use MJ. I pay $100 every 7 month

No, you cannot renew another state's MJ card and it is $75 every year to renew in FL.

If its a fl card i believe its 15$to renew 45 days b4 its out dated
