I’ve been going to Lakeside Clinic for several years now and I have never had any problems! They get you in and dosed and on your way to start your day. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and Ms. Doreen, the director, goes above and beyond to help me with anything I’ve ever needed.

This is a one of the best methadone clinics in all Pinellas county and I've been to them all this is the best by far staff is kind then and very polite and they'll go out of their way to help you above and beyond. Director Doreen is an awesome human being she she actually truly cares about her clients and she helps everybody no matter what your situation is she'll try to do whatever she can to resolve it it's just all around very good clinic no lines in and out it's clean it's just one of the best clinics I recommend it to anybody that's trying to get into outpatient methadone treatment.

I have been a patient at lakeside for 2 years and Dorene Volpe has always gone above and beyond when it comes to making sure my needs are met. She has given me helpful referrals to aid me outside of the clinic and has been an amazing counselor when I needed it.

I was at a clinic that was a disaster. I found out about Lakeside and the women running it and i did not think twice about switching over. The director is very supportive and greets you every morning. She also want to make sure your recovery is going well. My counselor is also very supportive and is always making sure your recovery is going well. Keep up the good work.

Your counselor has to fill out paperwork in advance to send to Lakeside clinic so they know your info and i do believe there is a charge for guest dosing besides the cost of your dose
Not on weekends but the whole process takes a couple of hours. But they are faster than PAR, PAR makes you wait a fee days before you can dose at Lakeside you can dose the same day you do your intake BUT they don't take Medicaid

Yes most likely especially if u are transferring over just get there early.... N I'd call amd give em a heads up if you needan appointment
The clinic in FL told me I needed a copy of my letter or whatever the supervisor signs off on for me to guest dose. My clinic says i don't. That they fax it. Please don't let me fly down there in a week knowing I needed it but listened to my clinic. What to do?
