They do not listen to you when you tell them things. I told them when my last missed period was but the nurse didn’t believe me and changed it. Adding 3 almost 4 weeks on to my due date.

Worst place ever. I'm pregnant. Scheduled a appointment. They called and rescheduled the night before at another location. I'm 4 months. It took 2 months to ever get in and even i got to the appointment they told me it was at another location. I have not even gotten Too see a nurse or doctor yet. F this place. Find somewhere else

I made an appoint w/the Clearwater location and when they scheduled me, they did not tell me that the late night appointments were only at the St Pete office. I didn't even know they had another location as I am new to the St Pete area. I go to the Clearwater location and it was closed. I couldn't understand why when I received the reminder voicemail the day before, and checked in online and no one was there and Nothing stated St Pete office at all. I even left a message on their voicemail and received no call back. I called the following day to find out what was going on and explained that I was there and the door was locked and it lights were off, and the receptionist got such an attitude with me stating that they were there and I was a no show. I had explained the address where I was and she said no you were at the wrong office (in a nasty tone). What has happened to good customer service and having a concept of understanding another's point of view?? If she was nicer and had understood it was not explained to me that there was another office, I would reschedule. But not after that. I would not recommend this office. I should have read prior reviews. That would have saved me alot of time and aggravation.

The physician DR.JAVATE* i had was not professional at all. In any shape or form. He gave me his opinion on my situation not from a doctor's standpoint like he should have but like a extremely disappointed father. I told him a appreciated his veiws but he was talking to me in a EXTREMELY EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL MANNER. THE WHOLE TIME WE WERE TALKING HIS VOICE WAS ELEVATED HE WASN'T SIMPLY GIVING HIS PROFESSIONAL OPTION, HE WAS TALKING TO ME LIKE WE WERE ON THE STREETS SOMEWHERE AND NOT IN A PROFESSIONAL SETTING. I WILL NEVER RETURN HERE. THE STAFF IS HORRIBLE.
