They always ask you to make an appointment since parking is an issue there, unless it is an emergency or your car gets towed in.

Not necessarily you can just call them and tell them that you're on your way there, they will give you appointment immediately they are hungry to sell car I didn't have an appointment when I went there I called them and I told them that was interested in buying a car they gave me an appointment at the same very moment immediately

I'm not sure that is correct. I would ask a manager.
