Do NOT take your vehicle to get serviced here. After two recent horrible experiences in the service department, I will never take my vehicle here for service again. First, in November 2021, I scheduled a 7:30 appointment for my 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee for an issue with the A/C condenser. I received an "update" from the service advisor, Yeimy, at 11 AM saying she had been very busy. That was the last I heard from her. I asked for an update at 4:16 and 5:26 PM - NO reply. Came to find out that the service department had already closed and I was given no notification that my vehicle would be kept overnight. The next morning at 7:44 AM I receive a text from Yeimy stating that my vehicle was ready, which essentially meant the vehicle was probably ready the night before, but nobody cared to inform me then. I complained via those ridiculous surveys they give you but of course, nobody from Scott Robinson ever followed up or apologized or tried to remedy the situation and the massive inconvenience they caused me. Fast forward 6 months and the A/C is again giving me issues with inadequate cooling. I have no option but to return to this department since they did the primary repair. Again, I schedule a 7:30 AM appointment weeks in advance and drop off my vehicle. I was the first in line for the day. After 6 hours, I receive an update from my service advisor, Anthony, informing me that the vehicle has NOT been diagnosed yet and needs to be left overnight. SIX HOURS and nothing has been done. I picked up my vehicle and left without so much as a technician even looking at the vehicle. But wow, they sure were quick to get in line for the ICE CREAM TRUCK parked in the parking lot! (Sadly, not a joke). What is the point of making an appointment if there is no assurance that someone will actually take the time to evaluate your vehicle's problem? In what other industry does one make an appointment weeks in advance for a "possible" service/evaluation/consultation? This service department severely lacks professionalism, competence and timeliness. This place really needs to re-evaluate its attention to customer service and triage of service appointments .

My Jeep overheated and was spilling radiator on the freeway. I was 10min away from this dealership so I called to give them a heads up I was going to be getting towed there. The girl at the service department tells me not to come and that I had to make an appointment. I told her “this is an emergency how am I supposed to schedule emergencies??” She said regardless if I’m driving in or getting towed in I would be turned away. She puts me on hold and then takes me to voicemail. I’ve NEVER dealt with such poor customer service especially from Jeep (I’ve owned about 6 now and refer friends) So I call the Downtown LA dealership, speak to the service receptionist and tell her what happened and verbatim she says “I can’t believe they would tell you that, that’s insane. Come right in, it may take a few days but we’ll take care of it for you” Moral of the story stay as far away from this trash dealership as possible. If you need service or are looking to buy go to anywhere else but this one.

I've reviewed past reviews and it seems to be the same pattern with regard to complaints. The service department is really dropping the ball when it comes to customer service. It took me 2 weeks to get an appointment, fine, but now my car has been in service for a day and 1/2 now for a diagnostic; I'm unable to reach my advisor by phone and have yet to hear from him regarding any update. I had to go to the dealership to get an update, just to find out my car has yet to be looked at. 😡 I'm not even into this review stuff, however, I'm doing this in hopes of being heard along with the rest of the voices regarding the unprofessionalism on behalf of customer service in the service department. We purchased two vehicles in two days. While helping my mother purchase a new Jeep Cherokee I looked over the shiny Ram 1500 in the showroom. Came back the next day and they made me an offer on my Wrangler that I couldn't refuse and I left with that new truck. Very knowledgeable salesmen and not pushy. Very happy buying experience.

Yes
They always ask you to make an appointment since parking is an issue there, unless it is an emergency or your car gets towed in.
That's a manufacturing problem
Scott Robinson does good work. A little pricey but cheaper than most dealer's
All of the Pacificas with Carplay are here and ready to be seen .
