What is rule here to be seen when you have an appnt? Yesterday Norma said that if I didnt have an appt that the wait would be 2 to 3 hours. Now with an appt I am told the same. I also want to know what the hexx is goin on. Been waiting since 1:20pm

Unfortunately I have not heard good reviews for their service department. I would bring up to the service manager's attention. If they care they would take corrective action.
