I will NEVER ever EVER go to Turners again. Brought my AR in to send for repair and these guys made me feel stupid. They don't care. Told me your gonna send your AR back because your buffer is scratched. Yes of course my buffer should never have scratches and 2 days later I photographed my BCG and found major burrs I could not feel. My point is Turners don't care. Their over crowded and slow, they don't care about your needs all they wanna do is sell you a weapon. Their lucky they got 1 star cause I swear I'll never go back. Their parking is absolutely horrible as well. I highly recommend CAP Tactical right down the street where you will get more personal service and WAY WAY Better Prices, also Rifle Supply in Huntington Beach is beyond awesome too and have just as good of prices as CAP and sometimes even better. Both stores I just mentioned always have great prices. Stay away from Turners they really don't care. I should have left 0 stars.

Pros: Fair selection of firearms, ammunition & sporting arm supplies. Friendly salesmen. Cons: Heavily understaffed. Extremely long wait times for any firearm related transaction that involves paperwork. Limited parking. If you’re going to shop here and want to buy a firearm or ammunition, come weekday mornings, and make sure to give yourself at least an hour + time frame.

Turner's is great! The parking lot, not so much. Unfortunately there are only 8 or 9 spaces and they're almost always full. I've circled the block many times hoping to get in the lot but ended up on the street behind the AT&T store. I have to admit there have been multiple times I would have stopped in to buy things but ended up at their competitors because there was no parking available. Sorry Turner's. I hope they they can work out a deal with the property owners next time the lease is up to get more parking spaces from the Bar-b-que place next door.

My experience was good and bad. I’m a Hispanic and I felt discriminated by a young employee there but I wasn’t going to let myself so I basically told him he was a racist and very disrespectful. An other employee witnessed the entire conversation and reported him to the store manager. Then the store manager also apologized to me for the incident and helped me finish my purchase. Overall I wasn’t happy that they have people like that working there but I’m glad they did something about it. The other employees were great and friendly.

The manager kept telling workers to not let it ring more than 3 times, but they do get busy.
No felonies. Take the Firearm Safety certificate test (can be done there for $25) valid for 5 years. Background check. Wait 10 days to clear.
They do but it may be needed to call in a specific location before you go in to aquire it as it isnt allways in stock. Good luck.
Yes, but you should call before you go in to find out whether or not they have it in stock. If they dont they can order it to their location in most instances or refer you to the correct place to go.
Why dont you call them and ask?
If I remember correctly, you can put 25% down (nonrefundable), and make payments or come back and pay it all when you pick up your purchase.
There are staff are genuinely helpful and take the time to answer all the questions a customer has. Of there are those that may be cut and dry when responding to inquiries. Waiting for 40 minutes for your number to be called, you're really hoping you get a patient, knowledgeable staff member. But this is true for any business. Best advice I can offer is avoid going busy peak hours if possible.
Nope
Sorry Gary, inventory changes frequently. You'll have to contact the store directly for stock on hand.
Sorry unfortunately we do not offer that service.
sure can, anytime during operating hours. Just not right before closing to give yourself enough time to complete it.
This would be question for your lawyer, everyone's situation is different and rights being restored or not.
No such thing as a permit. If you want to buy ammo, a background check will need to be run. That's probably a new thing your not expecting.
They only allowing so many customers at a time, lines are long but worth it...
No
I went a few weeks ago. U just show up and wait until they let you in.
Depends on the shipment because we get limited supply on all types of ammo including air pellets pistols
Yeah they do. If they have it in stock is another question
Check the website, has prices (minus fees & tax). Depending on your preferences such as barrel Length and color, the Springfield XD in 9mm normally runs from about $500 to $550.
If I were u, I'd walk in and ask management if u can grab what u need and pay for it! I stood in line for about 10 minutes before a mgr came out and started notifying customers about possibly not being able to get service. I said, I'm here for parts and he let me in right away! Good luck!

Call
Yes. Great service by first class employees.
No
They have laser red dot sight. Prices are available on their website or an easy call. They are friendly with questions.
Yes

Only if the firearms are on the California roster of approved firearms and it is somthing they do not already carry. I say call to double check.
They have it on file. If you did it there.
Look up a "Firearm Safety Certificate". If you've grown up around guns, it's common sense. Otherwise you'll need to study a bit for it. It's not difficult either way.
I have not seen colt firearms in their inventory. For the past year. At least nothing new, maybe used.
