As a former huge fan of Taco Bell, today, for the first time in 4 years, I placed a mobile order for lunch, primarily because I had an offer for a FREE Mexican Pizza in the App and I wanted to see if it lived up to the hype. Simply stated, the "pizza" wasn't good, and I'm glad it was free. And the other items we got, like the double steak grilled cheese burrito for $7.99 (seriously TB? This awful thing is 8 bucks?)? Equally overpriced, tiny, M.I.A. meat, and mediocre at best. In fact, one item was completely not what we ordered but were charged for (cheddar cheese chalupa was just a chalupa). And now add in that the girl at the window rolled her eyes when I asked for more hot sauce ($30 order needs more than 8 packets, sorry). Lovely attitude. Overall, I'm completely okay that the food wasn't what it used to be and the service was bad (except for the nice guy who spoke to me on the drive thru intercom; he was very friendly), because I won't be back, won't spend money on this overpriced junk food, and won't get the unneeded calories. So thanks, Taco Bell, you did me a favor!
