I have seen younger kids in the gym with their parents and some are working out. Your best bet is to contact Norms gym directly and ask to speak with a management team or Norm himself.

I don’t think there’s any specific age that norm requires. I’ve seen 10year olds working out with their parents. You might have to be accompanied by someone if you’re under 16 or have parental consent. If you stop by one day whoever is at the front desk will be able to answer your question a little bit better. But like I said they’re pretty lenient with that as long as you’re safe and using the equipment the correct way.
