I went here with my cousin to get my self a phone Julio said the phone it's free adding a new line you will pay around $80 with the activation it sounded good because my little cousin added me to her account the next day today my phone was cut off he took $80 had to pay $41 today to metropcs therefore he took my money phone worked for one day im so upset call the store and he was like nothing was wrong you took my money that's what happens when you have more then one customer at the same time want to do everything fast be careful when you go to this store check everything before you walk out he never gave me my receipt and I'm not even from Waterbury I'm one hour away
