Hey Manager your establishment sold me a steak and cheese today that was rotten meat. I'm sick... I see it still isn't refunded to my credit card.. hope your feeling ok, im not.. I want my money back..... now

If I could give zero stars I would! Going to Jersey mikes has always been a treat to ourselves when we get a few extra dollars. Today, worst sub I’ve ever had since choosing them as my go to sub place years ago. Our meat was over cooked, what little meat there was. Waiting in front of the order here line, zero eye contact, zero acknowledgement, extremely rude, no name tags so we could add them in here. To busy making call in orders to even acknowledge customers in store. Very very disappointed
