I am giving 1 start just because of the lady who works there. Ever since I've visited that place, she's always in a bad mood or rude and violent like today, that's not how an employee is supposed to be.

Supervisor has no customer service skills. How is it I can walk in to pick up a package or piece of mail when they leave a notice, but I cannot place my mail on hold and pick it up? This is truly the worst post office I have ever had to deal with! Even the mail carrier that I have stinks! I can read my address on the envelope so can the people down the street as they bring my mail to me!

When you get a P.O. Box why do you not get your mail? I'm being told they are sending it two counties away to be sent back to the same post office because they don't know how to sort mail. Only in Okeechobee this happens and why?

I agree, Jeff! We (my husband and I) had huge problems with how slow they are, & it was very problematic for us. We think they must not be sorely understaffed over there! Well, this software CHANGED what I said! I said: THEY MUST BE SORELY UNDER-STAFFED!

It says that on Saturdays its from 10 am to 12 pm, but is it 12 at night or the 12 right after 10 am?

12 am is at night, 12 pm is in afternoon, after 10 am

When getting a PO box why do they ship your mail two counties away to be sent back to them to put in the pool box? I'm not receiving my mail. Post office said they don't know how to sort it so it's going to Palm Beach county and coming back.

It has to be machine processed into delivery sequence. Not manually sorted.
