My mother is happy living at Laurel Oaks Senior Apartments. The tenants are friendly and social. The apartments are spacious. The property manager, Diana is extremely kind and helpful.

This is the most ill kept apartment I’ve ever lived in and that includes college rat holes in Ohio. Apparently no one has read the Florida statutes which require that owners keep the premises pest free. I’m embarrassed even that my poor dog had been subjected to these conditions

place to live with a gym downstairs and lovely people can still use help on their maintenance of the area rugs for hallways. Left and 20 19 place was being neglected by management and recently there is no management taking care of the building it has gotten inappropriately taken care of came for a visit and it looks like a hot mess. The handyman and maintenance man is one person he is the only positive thing left at this place I recommend and hope that one day they would give him someone to assist because the place needs so much attention it is too much for one man alone but still out of his heart he does what he can and goes beyond his duty to help the people that live here and is always on time for work naturally the best caretaker of a building that I've ever met.
