Plenty of parking, lots of Ramps to use, bathroom facilities available. Definitely a good place to put in the kissemmee river. Lots of fishing boats here so must have some good fishing around here. I ride a jet ski, don't have far before you have to go through a lock however. If want to avoid that may want to put in farther up river.
