The day before my scheduled alignment I developed a sudden engine oil leak. Fearing the worst, I notified Cantech of the need for some additional troubleshooting and repair, and started making plans to be without my vehicle for a week or so. On the day of the scheduled alignment, I was completely surprised when I received a text saying my vehicle was ready for pickup. It turns out the leak was caused by a failed O-ring on the oil filter cap, which they quickly diagnosed and repaired the same day. I am truly thankful that they knew this was a common problem area and were able to resolve it quickly so I could get my car back on the road.

I’ve been with Cantech for 20 years (?) and at least 4 cars. They have always done exceptional work and treated me fairly. Their shop is immaculate and their staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I even bought my latest VW from them for a fair price without haggling. I appreciate that even when I’m going in for something simple like an oil change, they still take the time to look the car over and let me know if there are budding problems to keep an eye on, without trying to get me to spend money on fixes I don’t need. I can’t recommend Cantech highly enough, even if you don’t have a European sports car. Plus, it’s always fun to get a glimpse through the door and see what’s up on the lifts.
