Tasty food in a charming setting. We did not try anything other than the cider (which was delicious) but we did have a very nice lunch. Burger and fries for me, brocolli and ricotta pizza on a cauliflower crust - we both left full and happy.

Stop here for "Dunch" @430 . Took a flight of brews and a side of cider. Good menu selections of things in buns,, cauliflower flatbread pizza and salads. Now I have to come back to enjoy items we didn't get to try. Its a really nice drive to get there too.

Had dinner here on the way back from Vermont. We were pleasantly surprised at how nice it is! Thoughtfully designed, great menu selection. Food and beer were delicious. I ordered the ‘Emma’ beer and veggie burger with side salad and would highly recommend them both!

Questions & Answers

There are 5 of us traveling from NYC to see Bruce Bumstead play on July 28. Some of your more local friends said they were turned away when they did not have reservations. We'd hate to have traveled so far to be turned away. Can we reserve?

Hi Audrey, we've changed our style of service and we're no longer taking reservations. So far there hasn't been a single day where we couldn't accommodate everyone who wanted to be seated. I see you left a voicemail and I'll give you a call to discuss seating options. BTW Bruce is playing on November 21 at 3 PM.

This is a question for Roe-Jan: how effective are you outdoor heaters on the patio? We like your restaurant, but in the past, the heaters were not that effective. We will bundle up, in hopes that that works.

We will be using the same heaters as last year...they're in the process of being repaired and should be back up soon. In the meantime I'd suggest wearing layers, and bring a blanket or towel to put on the bench you're sitting on.
