Great place, coaches/instructors are knowledgeable, skillful & patient always a good environment well kept up and clean would definitely recommend! I have personally lost 50lbs from the intensity of the work out over the course of 9 months from starting at 230 lbs to current 180lbs, my kids love it has helped them build confidence & discipline. my wife has lost over 20lbs in 6-7 months you will get out of it what you put into it! The opportunity is there.

Boxfit has not only changed the life of my child as in discipline, confidence, and so much more. We soon joined as in me and my husband. If you want fast, high intensity,strength, Fun workouts But mostly to lose some weight, this is the place. Coach is a compassionate person with a kick of hard discipline that gets you where you want and need to be. We as a family really enjoy our time at Okeechobee boxfit, great people great place I call frienmily and OUR place we call peace. We bring our weekly frustrations here get it out and feel refresh to start a new week of challenges. Me and the hubby call it OUR therapy sessions. If your not at Boxfit I hate to say….. your truly missing OUT!!!!!!
