It's all good the only problem I have is I've been here since 1964 when you didn't need a permit for anything and Then when you did need one It's was to protect the home owners to make sure the builder do there job right but now the builder's are paying off the inspectors letting shabby work to be past . Now it's all about making money off of homeowners that why you need a permit for everything that you want to do so you . What ever happened to your rights 🤔 A man home is his Castle

Interested in a five acre property. A home was destroyed by adverse weather. Pad, Septic, and Drain Field remains! Also well and pump. New power pole and meter on site. What is necessary to add a double wide home on existing pad?
