EDIT: so i was contacted by the clinic to get my mom scheduled. the lady i spoke to to schedule was very polite and informative. the check in process was super easy and the Front office staff was great. the MA that helped us was great and answered all our questions from start to finish and made sure we had access to all recources, explained pre procedure instructions and made sure we didnt leave with any doubts. the PA was informative and gave us options and wasnt pushy about what we should do. we took his advice cause hes the professional. overall the appointment was better that the initial attempt to get scheduled. extreemly disappointed in the customer service i received when i called to schedule my mothers new patient appointment. first, i work for the oregon clinic so i know the kind of service patients deserve and should be getting. so to whoever Amber is at central sceduling for TOC GI east... youre the reason i am taking my mother and anyone in my circle of friends and family elsewhere. your condicending tone of voice and lack of knowledge was very unfortunate. The way Amber mocked the fact that i was calling to schedulue my mother becuase she didnt speak the best inglish was borderline disgusting. shame.

They had to cancel an appointment I had waited over a month for with me because I called and told them my appointment date would be 9 days after covid symptoms, they required 10. That's fine, policy and all. But then they put me in the back of the line, weeks out. No sympathy, no exceptions, no effort to work me in sooner.

The medical care is caring and appropriate. However, the parking lot is difficult to navigate, crowded and feels unsafe. The area is next to the max line and tent camping surrounded the area at the time of my visit. Just getting from my car to the building was frightening. While there may be some security service, it was not viable at the time of my visit. I would not go to The Oregon Clinic, only because of safety concerns.

I have always received the best care possible. Providence people were well trained polite and caring. I do not testify lightly but have been with Oregon clinic and Providence every year for 20 years. They care.
