Literally every time I come in there's an issue with staff being rude, or my appointment being cancelled when I arrive on time. The staff never have any answers as to why, and ask you private questions and want you to answer in front of everyone in the lobby. My health doesn't matter to anyone in this office, they're clearly here for the check and not to take care of their patients.. Doctors with scheduled visits should have someone fill in their slots if they have to call out, and not leave people who need help with nothing. I waited a long time for this appointment, and they want me to wait 2 more weeks lol they're crazy !!! Time to find a new health facility because this ain't it.

Went here with excruciating pain wanting an extract. Dr. Geelan wasn't equipped for the extraction then referred me to another location. All this was fine until he refused to prescribe me any pain management medication like I was some pill seeking junky. I've never requested any type of medication but my extreme pain was having me consider it. If only i didn't feel discriminated or racially profiled i wouldn't still be I so much pain.

There providers are good, but their staff is completely incompetent. On many occasions they don't answer the phone or call you back regardless of how serious the matter. It's not abnormal for them to take weeks to respond to a patient's returned call or request for multiple samples because they lose them. Ive been there for a year and I have yet to experience decent from staff other than my provider. In fact, my doctor had to give me a personal number to contact her because many clients were having this experience. Medical Wallace Concern has the potential to do great things with great service, but after they improve their staff's standards.

Do you have any need for new diabetes testing tools - alcohol prep pads, lancets, test strips? My husband participates in a study, but is always supplied more - way more! - than he needs.

I have approximately 200 urinary catheters, about half red rubber, cudet tip, size 14. The others are also size 14, cudet tip, but are silicon. They're yours if you want to pick them up. I will need a donation receipt for tax purposes.

I have a nasal polyp that needs to be removed. I do not have insurance that would cover it's removal.

I am not a doctor, but there a number of amazing care providers on staff. They could tell you if that were something they could do in office or need to refer you on. Fees are on a sliding scale, and they also have community navigators who could help you see if you qualify for OHP. I've received the absolute best care in my life from them. I strongly encourage you to go in and talk to them, or call them on the phone.
