We love it here. It’s well maintained and in such a convenient location. It’s very kid friendly and we feel safe in the neighborhood. Maintenance is always quick to respond and extremely friendly.

I like the units, they feel spacious compared to what other apartment buildings have to offer. The best part is the neighborhood, Wilsonville has everything you need with in a five minute drive. The school’s in the area are great, the kids bus stop is in front of the building making it very convenient for parents, and before I forget to mention! The community is operated by a great group of people, in the years of residency here at Canyon Creek by far Stephanie the manager is the best, always happy to help you with a beautiful smile.

I can’t take it anymore ever since I moved in they have had roofing done in all the buildings and I pay more to be on the top! The big work trucks and slamming as roofing hits down into the metal truck beds. The noise is horrible and early in the morning it starts. My cats are terrified all the time and now it’s Saturday and my first one off and it’s 9am and they are on my roof again banging around!!!!! SATURDAY AT 9AM!!! The office doesn’t even open till 10am today! These apartments are extremely loud the kids yelling dogs barking, cars coming through blaring music, cars racing down canyon creek road, people coming in all times after 1am with loud cars revving them to set off car alarms, people parking behind my car that’s parked in my spot under the covers spots. People stomping up and down the stairs while their kids are screaming. When the pool is open all you hear is kids screaming at the pool and I don’t even live close to the pool. There is a water bug problem they are all over my apartment these long bug things. the things that weren’t finished when we moved in and still haven’t fixed everything! They high rent I pay and I never get any sleep!! Spa they also removed my last comment even tho it didn’t go against any guideline’s

We have lived here for over eight years and are proud to call Canyon Creek Apartments home. First, the office staff, the girls are amazing. I have worked with the office manager Corine the most and she is always professional and kind. Through the pandemic thing have been rough and she has always treated me with respect kindness.She always seems to make me laugh and put a smile on my face. Kelsey is another gal that is always smiling and professional. They have always handled issues and concerns promptly and efficiently. Second, the maintenance staff is one of the best crews we have had. They are always willing to go above and beyond. They are prompt, which is really important when it comes to maintenance requests. Honestly with apartment living there will always be minor things like the neighbors that stomp above you or other issues that come with living so closely with other families. But, overall, , the staff here at Canyon Creek make it a great place to call home!
