This campground is NOT family friendly. There’s just a bunch of drunk busy bodies. The moment they hear a child crying or running around in the Rv weirdo people staying at the park tend to walk behind your rv and just listen. It’s the same people that come every year so they kind of have a tight pact. The second any new B comes around they give the dirty looks & numerous lousy complaints. This campground is literally just a bunch of drunk Karen’s. Super quiet in the morning but really loud at night. I had no problem with the way this campground was, but until they started becoming nosey I was all set. I guess to them kids are just mutes they never heard of a kid crying or throwing a temper tantrum. Oh yeah not to mention the biggest kick to it all THEY ARE SUPER RACIST!

Rustic setting next to water. Place well maintained and staff awesome and helpful. Site size great, lots of space between campers. Set off the main road far enough no road noise. Roads smooth hard packed dirt as is sites. Have travel trailer and plan make our home base for week as we travel around the state. Would recommend and could see ourselves spending the whole summer in the future

We stayed here for a night, but would have definitely stayed longer if we didn't already have reservations the next night. We arrived around 6:30 and expected the night to be just a quick stop over on our way to Maine but had such a memorable night! We were the last reservation to arrive for the night and the owner escorted us to our spot and let us choose from some available spaces. We got a ton of firewood for $10 and she delivered it to our side while we were setting up. The reviews talk about how nice everyone is there, and they aren't kidding. All of the guests were friendly and said hello, we hung out around each others campfires (from a safe distance) and chatted into the evening. If you want a site that is completely remote and to yourself, or you don't want to be friendly/talk to people, this probably isn't the place for you. Since we arrived later, we didn't take advantage of any of the activities on the property but seemed like a great place to bring a family or just for adults. Highly recommend! Just minutes outside Concord too!
