Very Nice, Polite People to deal with. Purchased a 2015 Ford F350 Pick Up When driving home 2.50 hrs. I noticed a lil shaking vibration in rear of the truck. Called them up to explain. My Salesman Dan had a user car delivered to my place and picked up the truck to have it fixed. Great Service! So far So good 😊👍🏼 Thanks Gang 💯💥

I had an appointment, they called to make sure I was coming. A little over an hour and a half before they were done with paperwork and get the car ready. Car was NOT ready, they cleaned it? inspected it? On first glance it was clean, but very nasty in center console, under seats, everywhere you can't see at first look. Went to get the oil changed was told brakes were very worn! I looked and yes they were, don't know how it passed inspection! Radio has no sound! All of this is my fault because I was in a hurry and did not fully check the car out. So yes my fault for taking it that way, but if that is their business model....., reason for the two star.

Typically I don't write reviews, but am very impressed with Tim's Truck Capital. They worked hard to meet my needs with financing and helped me get exactly what I wanted. 3.5 weeks in the truck had a locked caliper and a shake. They took it in and fixed it right away under warranty, and even provided a loaner car. Everyone from sales to service has been excellent to work with, especially Amber in the service department! I would absolutely recommend them, and will be returning to them for my next vehicle.

Augh, I should of returned this 2011 2500 ram the day after I bought it when it took 2 try’s to start. 2 years later it’s spending more time in the shop than on the road, starter, 2 computers including tpm, keys, ignition all replaced still not reliably starting, something to do with the fuel pump next. Eternal optimist here, it has little rust and I owe money on it so I continue to hope the next fix will work. There’s no way the previous owner and Tim’s didn’t know about the problem.... the passed it on, total sleaze balls and an expensive lesson for me.

Yes bought a truck there clean truck feel like they treated me right, they do have lenders that they deal with for financing, I don't know about no money down, personally I don't even try to make a deal on anything that I can't put a percentage down on it that way you have negotiating power. Cash is still king

Not all cars are inspected but they will tell you upfront if that is the case and why. They will let you know if it has warranty. Many you can buy with additional warranty which I did and cannot recommend highly enough.... paid for itself ten-fold. If you have issue within week or so of purchase they usually will just fix no questions asked unless sold as is with clear defects. We have bought 7 vehicles since 2001 and would go no where else for a vehicle. Can also buy maintenance plan which I also did and again, worth it.
I can't speak to anyone else's experience but i bought my used Silverado from Tim's and it was a great experience. I will be buying my next car from them as well. But they didn't deal in what you're looking for because it would be a lemon and cost to much to make reliable. And that's what they sell, reliable vehicles.
