I totally agree with all the reviews for i am experiencing the same exact situation. Expected delivery was on January 2 got moved to January 11 been calling there customer service number daily. Back and forth they emailed, left a voicemail, “we will get back to you” etc etc. until now my TV isn’t delivered took the day off from work since today was the original delivery date. Called the san diego office and all of a sudden my TV is in the LA branch when my tracker says its been delivered to the San Diego terminal on January 3. Sams Club! Find a different delivery service if i was you
