Martha doesn't return calls back. She doesn't remember that you've asked her for other jobs and acts like she's so busy to even have the time to do her job correctly. It's really frustrating that even if I work full time I have to remind myself to call her myself or I won't get any useful information for myself to understand their system or even benefits for me at work! She doesn't even return text messages and I have to call days after because I have to do the calls just to be told I'll get back to you and then doesn't that I have to show up in person. Waste of gas, time, and energy!

Mmmmm I suggest you go to the agency that's downtown before 1st and 2nd because they have horrible service here, and there questionnaire is ridiculous, they bluntly asked if you use cocaine and if you have anger problems. I didn't pass the first time, so I decided to redo it by using another email, and one of the ladies said I couldn't. I asked why and she couldn't come up with a good enough reason. All I'm saying is that it's a waste of time. Plus this application they make you do. Doesn't even matter. The only jobs they could get there hands on. Our the leftovers of warehouses that are in the outer parts of Los Angeles.

After reading the reviews below, I find my experience was not an isolated incident. Prior to this location had been wandorking under Select Staffing for two years and had a wonderful experience at their Palm Springs location. I transfered here 4 month ago and in that 4 months I am met with incompetence all around. I'm told to call back every week and I'm met with the same response: "There is nothing available call back next week". Today i call and I'm told I'm not registered at all and I'll need to go online and register.Though Oddly prior to calling I received a call from a select staffing automated service asking me if i was available to work in another location for warehouse work. This prompted me to call them in the first place--Clearly I am still registered. I then go to the office which is completely empty aside from the 3 that work there. I speak with a Jackie(Jacky) and told the same thing in person. Luckily the person who registered me( Frankie) was present and told me I was fully registered and that she was not sure what the issue was. Jackie then explains that they've just updated their system. She then tells me I will need two forms of identification. I leave and return with the requested items. Jacky inputs my information in the system and now I'm back at square one-waiting. As sparse as it was inside this location I'm just wondering what they are doing all day. Jacky seems extremely irritating with no cause and the other staff seem to be clueless. I've called corporate in hopes they will resolve what ever issues are going on at this location.
