First time going to Paul's today. Staff was awesome and helped me film I was picking up from an online order. Extremely friendly, great prices, and nice selection of stuff. Also picked up a flier for the Camera Walkabouts they have coming up and might try one of those too.

Excellent service. I was in LA for the weekend and saw Paul's Photo had the camera I was looking for, but it was Friday and I didn't want to deal with traffic. Ordered the camera online and received it the next week with a personal email saying when it would ship PLUS it had Swedish fish, M&Ms and a jollyrancher chew!!!

I called on a Friday just before closing to find out about availablity of a product before online ordering. Peter and staff were able to confirm stock and I told them that I will be placing the order online. The Completed the order the same day and ready. Peter was friendly, pleasant and took the time to verify stock. The order was shipped. Received the order and it was well packed. Great first time experience with Paul's Photo.

These guys have great customer service! I was trying to track down a a hard to find Canon lens and they happened to have it in stock. They put it aside for me while I ordered it off their website. It arrived safely today! I am definitely keeping them on my list of places to order items from.
