I went to this location to have a tire repaired on my truck. The technician stated that it should only take a few hours to repair because they were super busy. To my surprise they called me back 20 minutes later and stated it was ready for pick up. When I got there the manger informed me that there was a hole in the side wall. When I looked it was if someone drilled a hole right in the tire. The manager stated that they could not repair the tire and I would need to get brand new tires. This is the second time that I brought a tire in for repair small repair or nail removal and was told that the tire needed to be replaced. I took the same tire down the street to a local non brand store and they fixed the tire. I feel like this company lures you in with the “free repair” and renders the tire unusable so you have to purchase a new tire. I’m not satisfied with the level on integrity from this company in particular, because if you had no options, you would be stranded. So beware of this unscrupulous behavior from this brand, because it seems like a scam.

This is part of a larger chain called Discount Tire. What a great place. I stopped in her because I had a nail in my tire and assumed that since I didn't buy my tires from them, they'd charge to fix it. I was pleasantly surprised when they said they'd fix it for free! What a great operation. Service was a little slow the day I came in (they looked busy) but I'm really happy with how everything came out.

I’ve received excellent service (and products) from this place. My Sprinter van is somewhat of a hybrid. America’s Tire helped me choose the right 10-ply tires (and even gave me a discount for buying 5 of them). All along, their focus on backing up my purchase (I also paid for extended/pro-rated road service, and for the TPMS sensor, a warranty is included. The feeling of security and stability adds to my safety and general motoring confidence thanks to Mgr. Doug and his consistently-excellent crew. Highly recommended. 5 stars!
