Tiffany the office manager is amazing, she’s always fair to everyone and any issues I’ve had were taken care of immediately with with understanding. I love living here it’s home to me, I would highly recommend this apartment complex to my friends and family. Jovie In the office is also amazing all the staff is, even Chris the maintenance man and Juan the clean up crew are always doing an amazing job. I appreciate them so much! Love you guys you rock!!

I feel like the manager is racist , I have my green card ,social, enough income to pay 5 rent, clean record, everything to be a great resident, I was so excited to move in, I had an approval in other complex but I turned it down after I had a tour at San Tropez, when I was about to put in my application the manager said I couldn't live there cause my fiancé doesn't have Social Number yet even know that we can run a background check using other documents, I talked to a lawyer even about this . I feel humiliated by this manager. Now I have start to look for other place again. I would understand if she had to pay anything , but I am the one responsible of the bills and her....

Yes but they will lie to you and send you to an apartment infested with ants and roaches
They only do 6 month lease with ant INFESTATION plus they throw in roaches for FREE
With roach and ant INFESTATION around no where near an affordable budget
No would not recommend even to my own enemies might as well live on lake mead and D street. It's not a nice place and managment and maintenance never do their job and can always be found slacking off or each other off..
