I recently relocated from the Midwest due to work. I like this property because 1 Located near a major freeway (95) convenient shopping nearby and if you need a little culture in your life the Sam’s town and boulder station are within walking distance 2 The apartment I moved in to was recently renovated and it has super nice appliances 3 Move in was a little rocky but the people in the office helped me smooth everything out 4 Being newly redone there was a few issues the repair guy had to come fix, they are real pros and worked around my wonky schedule All in all this place is quiet and the price is right, it's around everything I need and am happy I made my home here.

I moved in June 1, I’ve had about 10 maintenance orders since then maintenance Moves very slowly it’s too expensive here to have stuff not working my central air went out on Saturday I’ve been without air for three days and it’s 94° inside my apartment. Next step I’m calling channel 8 to report them and they will do a article and investigate if you don’t care about your reputation why should I.😡

That sun has been cooking! Worst time for AC to go out. Maintenance here on Nellis came right away...stayed til it was working again. They went the extra mile n cleaned out the the vent/ducts. We truly appreciate the A+ effort and job well done.

Moved in a bit ago, the apartment was most definitely not ready when I did so and shouldn't have logically been acceptable for anyone to live in. But, Alyssa and Adrien have been very accommodating. It's taken a tidbit longer than I would've liked but all my problems got/are being dealt with accordingly, without complaint (and with a heap full of very sweet apologies). They've even fixed some things I didn't even notice! This community was definitely worth the frustration, in my opinion. Very friendly neighbors, office staff, and maintenance. Plenty of grass and a little dog park for my pups. The park isn't a bad place to live by if you don't mind kids, an older review worried me but they're quiet after dark and very polite to adults in the complex.
