I have so much trauma from western dental. Never go to this cooperation for dental work. I finally decided to see a private dentist, who asked me to get my X-rays emailed from this office. I went in to sign release, never got them. I sat on hold for hours. They just answer the phone and put you on hold without saying anything else and you’ll never reach anyone. Still never got my X-rays.

I made an appointment for me and my son to come in sat 7/30/22 Because my husband and daughter have been here before we have the same insurance since we’re on a family plan I arrive 20 minutes early for my appointment they have me waiting just to tell me they canceled my appointment because somebody in there office forgot to verify my Insurance , they tried to call my insurance but they’re closed on Saturdays I explained to them that my husband was just here the previous day and insurance was good. Then they try to reschedule me a whole month away when I took off today to come bring my son and my self in… what a joke this place is!!!

All Western Dentals Suck !!! Its like they all have unprofessional rude staff, the wait to be seen is Unbelievable and Unacceptable!! And they only have 1 dentist or 1 ortho to service everyone! They book patients all around the same appointment time which makes No sense!!! and need better management. The owner at this san pablo location replies to the reviews but Never does anything to improve the business. I've been waiting a whole week for a dentist to get back to me and no response. Your better off buying better dental insurance and finding a new dentist !!! 🖐🤷‍♂️

If there's no star I won't even give a star to this dental clinic. The dentist did tooth extraction to my dad then did dentures. When the denture is ready the dentist told my dad that his denture will not work on him because he needs oral surgery. My point is, they should have not made the dentures and ask for payment then when it's pick up day after its fully paid they will say, " your denture will not work, you need oral surgery, not covered by insurance and you need to pay for new dentures". When my dad came back for scheduled oral surgery, the appointment time is 12 noon, the dentist did not see him until 4pm, clinic staff won't tell him if they're behind. Very unfortunate for elderly person to wait almost 4 hours without staff informing him if they're getting behind. This clinic overbooked patients and they can't accommodate patients. Also clinic is dirty.
