These apartments have a serious roach problem and I’m not sure how they aren’t embarrassed because I see multiple reviews about it. $1500 a month for a one bedroom with ROACHES? and no washer and dryer in ur unit. please go to hell, come back, and go to hell again. It’s disgusting and pathetic.

It was like 850 but now they asking 1370 $ foe 1 bedroom on their Tides at Spring mountain website. No washer and dryer inside apartment...
Well I've no problems but you hear the police helicopters about 4 times week cops in the block about 2 times they all determine that you because if you're safe then I guess the area is safe
